We at Rockingham would like to inform you of a new service provided through our website!
Anytime you need to schedule a service appointment for your vehicle, you will be able to do so where ever there is an internet connection.
Not only will you be able to set up an appointment at your convenience, but creating an online account will help you keep track of any and all manufacture recommended services for YOUR SPECIFIC vehicle!
Here are the simply steps to follow to schedule service online:
1.) Simply visit Rockingham Toyota Scion website
2.) Click on the 'Service' tab and select 'Schedule Your Service' From the drop down menu
3.) If scheduling your service online for the first time, select the appropriate information under 'New Customer?' to match your specific vehicle including make, model, year, trim (it's okay if you aren't sure), driving condition & approximate mileage
4.) After entering the appropriate information, you select either "Routine Maintenance" or "Repair" depending on your needs
5.) You will then be brought into a window giving you options for the type of service you'd like to schedule. If you selected "Routine Maintenance" you will be shown the factory recommended services based on year, make, model and mileage.
If you choose "Repair", you will be shown a list of different types of services offered for your vehicle
If you aren't sure of the problem, you can select "Other Diagnosis" and write a description of the issue
After you select the service needed for your vehicle, you have the option to "Tell Us More" or even edit the service you selected in case you forgot something/made a mistake. Then, you can search availability!
