In the early morning hours of June 9th, several Salem High School seniors huddled in the school's cafeteria. Every year before graduation, Salem High hosts a "Safe Night" for all graduating seniors, an evening full of fun, games, socialization, yearbook distribution and prizes. The grand prize is a vehicle donated by Rockingham Motors. So, while many students are exhausted and ready to head home, many are also eager to hear the name of the lucky winner of the car announced at 6am.
Angela S. of Salem, NH was named the lucky winner of a '04 Nissan Sentra! She stopped by the dealership last week to pick her new wheels.
Angela, we at Rockingham Motors are so happy for you and we wish you, along with the rest of your graduating class, the best of luck. Take care and happy driving!
Rockingham Motors has donated a car each year to Salem High's Senior Safe Night since 2000.

Wow! Congratulations to her! Owning a car while in high school is not a small feat. She's definitely very lucky. I hope she already has her driver's license, hehe. Drive safely Angela!

Angela's one lucky girl to have her very own a car at an early age. She won't have to go through a major purchase for a long time! Just as Angelica said, drive safely, Angela!

Have a safe trip Angela! You're so lucky to have won the car, and the color matched the clothes you wore in the picture! Have a great time driving that car, and always drive safely!

Wow, nice prize for a high school student. That should help her get through college and her first job. Many folks aren't as lucky and have to take the bus or bike while in college.
